My device has not paired. What should I do now?

First, please check that you have downloaded the latest version of the app.

Check that all permissions have been granted and that Bluetooth is active.

You don't need to replace the battery to do this. To pair, simply press the button on the neck of the Beam as soon as the pairing prompt appears. If that doesn't work either, please contact [email protected]

(with information about your smartphone. That helps).
