f your FYTA Hub is online but your Beams, Minis, or Spheres aren't showing up-to-date data, the cause is usually one of these three things:
1. Give it a moment - the Hub syncs on a schedule The Hub doesn't maintain a continuous connection to the sensors. Instead, it checks in with them regularly - once per hour. The first time, it can take up to an hour before the Wi-Fi symbol appears in your plant profile.
2. Check the Bluetooth range The Hub needs to be able to reach your sensors via Bluetooth. Check whether your sensors are within range. Walls, ceilings, and metal shelves can weaken the signal. If sensors are in a different room or on another floor, a second Hub can help - there's no limit to the number of Hubs you can add in the app.
3. Restart the Hub Sometimes a simple restart does the trick: unplug the USB-C cable briefly and plug it back in. If that doesn't help, you can reset the Hub: hold the button on the bottom while plugging in the cable until it flashes red briefly, then set it up again in the app.
