Question: My device is defective. How do I submit a warranty repair or replacement request?

To request a repair or replacement under warranty, please use our returns portal at https://rma.fyta.de

Simply enter your order number and name to open a claim and describe the issue. You will then receive a return shipping label.

The portal is available if you are based in one of the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Not based in one of these countries? No problem: simply submit your claim through the portal and then contact us at [email protected] with your RMA number. We will take care of the next steps from there.

The portal can also be used for returns and withdrawals.
