We have several thousand plants in our database. However, it can happen that a plant hasn't been added yet. Before reaching out to us, try the following steps – they can significantly improve recognition accuracy.
How to improve recognition
Only one plant in the photo: Make sure no other plants are visible in the background – this can confuse the recognition system.
Good lighting: Take the photo in sufficient light so that leaf details such as shape, texture, and colour are clearly visible. Avoid backlighting or deep shadows.
Good image resolution: Hold the camera steady and close enough to the plant so that the details are sharp and clearly visible.
