A Server Error 500 means there's a technical issue on our end. It happens very rarely, but when it does, we get notified automatically and look into it right away.
So there's no need to report it – we're usually already on it before the first messages reach us. Just wait a moment and try again after a few minutes. In most cases, the issue will be resolved by then.
