The app shows "Cloud offline" or my sensor data is not updating - what can I do?

When the app shows "Cloud offline" or sensor data stops refreshing, this is usually caused by a broken connection between the hub and the internet - or the app being unable to fetch current data.

Work through this step by step:

  1. Check your internet connection: is Wi-Fi working on other devices?

  2. Check the hub: is the LED on the hub lit? If it's showing as offline, follow the steps in "My Hub is offline".

  3. Restart the app: close it completely and reopen it.

  4. Check whether an app update is available - outdated versions can cause connection issues.

  5. Restart your smartphone and open the app near your sensors.

If you don't have a hub: sensors only transfer data via Bluetooth when your smartphone is nearby. Open the app next to your plants and wait a moment - data will sync automatically.
