My hub is not sending any data and is displayed as offline.

Sometimes, even after setup, the hub may not be connected to the internet.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

1. Remove the hub from your account (My Devices -> tap Hub -> 3 dots in the top right corner)

2. Disconnect the USB-C cable from the hub.

3. Press and hold the button on the bottom of the hub and reconnect the USB-C cable.

4. Once the hub flashes red briefly, it has been completely reset and you can release the button.

5. Now set up the hub again via the FYTA app.

6. Please note: The hub will only appear in the "My Devices" list once you have manually refreshed the list. To do this, pull down once.
