2. Hub Setup
First, ensure that the hub is connected to a permanent power supply via the USB cable.
To set up your hub, go to the Devices menu and click on the + in the top right-hand corner.
Then follow the instructions in the app.
Important: Once the hub is set up, no further action is required. The hub automatically connects to all nearby beams. From then on, the beams automatically send data to the nearest hub once an hour. After the first data transfer (within an hour), a Wi-Fi symbol will appear in your plant profile.
3. Reset Hub
To reset your hub, first disconnect it from the USB-C cable.
Then press the button on the bottom of the hub.
While holding down the button, connect the hub to the USB-C cable. The status light should now be lit (red).
4. Status light:
LED Behaviour | Meaning |
Blue flashing | Pairing mode |
Blue steady light | Hub connected |
Green flashing | Hub connecting |
Green light (brightness adjustable in the device settings) | Hub in operation |
Red flashing | Hub is not connected |
Orange steady light | Firmware-Update |
