We wish we could, but unfortunately changes are no longer possible once an order has been placed. As soon as your order comes in, it's handed off to our warehouse where it's prepared for shipping right away. To keep delivery times short for everyone, this process runs fully automated and doesn't allow for manual intervention.
If you don't need a product or ordered the wrong thing, you have two options: you can refuse delivery when the courier arrives, and the package will automatically be returned to us. Or you can simply send it back after receiving it. We offer a 100-day right of withdrawal, so you have plenty of time. You can find all the details in our return policy.
